Proudly student-led, supported by passionate volunteers and in partnership with James Cook University...
We believe in inclusivity, respect, cultural diversity, and creating a true sense of belonging...
We welcome students and newcomers aged 19–25, especially those from international, refugee, or multicultural backgrounds...
Having JCU students leaders makes everything more relatable and welcoming. They know what it's like to be new, so they create events, support systems, and spaces that actually work for students. Whether it’s setting up fun activities or checking in on mental health, they make sure everyone feels included.
This team celebrates culture and community. They organise events like Diwali and Lunar New Year, support international students, and help everyone share their stories and traditions in fun, meaningful ways.
We’re proud to be supported by James Cook University staff, including advisors from the Student Equity and Wellbeing team. Their support helps us connect you with professional services when you need them, and ensures we stay inclusive and accessible for everyone.
